Ariana Grande might be one of the most down to earth celebrities out there. With Wicked coming out, she’s out saying very affirming things about cosmetic surgeries and what exactly she’s done on her face and body.

Ariana Grande strutted in the spotlight after she appeared on Broadway in the musical 13 and starred on the hit Nickelodeon show Victorious. She has had quite a successful music career with 2018’s certified-platinum record Sweetener, 2019’s double-platinum rated Thank U, Next, 2020’s Positions, and 2024’s eternal sunshine which marked her sixth consecutive album to debut at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

She’s definitely changed up her style and looks in each era of her music career, as well as the intensity of her tanning and makeup. Now, she finally cleared the air if she’s done anything to her face and body after heavy speculation by fans and haters alike.

Did Ariana Grande get plastic surgery?

Ariana Grande hasn’t gotten plastic surgery yet, but she is open to it in the future! “Now, might I get a facelift in 10 years? I might, yeah,” she said in a Vogue Beauty Secrets video. “But these are just thoughts we should be able to discuss. If we’re talking about beauty secrets… F—k it let’s put it all out there.” She iterated the statement when Cynthia Enviro asked if she ever had facelift in a lie detector test with Vanity Fair. “Not yet, I’m open to it!”

In the lie detector test, Ariana Grande also dispelled rumors that she had her nose done, got a boob job, a cat-eye implant, and a chin implant. “Take that you YouTube people,” she says triumphantly in response to YouTubers who speculate if celebrities got plastic surgery. She also talked about body positivity. “[I’m] in full support of all people who do these things that work. Whatever makes men, women, and gender non-conforming people feel beautiful should be allowed [to do plastic surgery].”

The “we can’t be friends” singer admitted that she used Botox and lip fillers in the past. “I had a ton of lip filler over the years, and Botox. I stopped in 2018 because I felt so — too much,” she said in the Vogue video. “For a long time, beauty was about hiding for me and now I feel like maybe it’s not.”

“I want to see my well-earned cry lines and smile lines,” she continued. “I hope my smile lines get deeper and deeper and I laugh more and more. Aging can be such a beautiful thing.”
