Diddy’s children are in brief contact with their father amid his arrest. The record label mogul is behind bars after he was arrested and charged with prostitution and racketeering.
Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested on September 16, 2024. He pleaded not guilty to all charges and was refused bail. His Los Angeles house was raided by Homeland Security earlier in the year, in connection to an ongoing federal sex trafficking investigation. Two of his children were detained during the search, but they were not arrested.
Diddy is currently detained in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. A source told People that he has “been able to speak briefly to family members and his children via phone.” They continued, “He is very concerned about his kids and their well-being. He has three minor children, two of whom now have no living parent available with him incarcerated. Four of his seven children have neither parent available with him incarcerated.”

Quincy Taylor Brown

He followed in his adoptive father’s footsteps as an actor and record producer. “I think I’ve been a sponge, and now I do so much,” Quincy told People. “I’m very much into the art of acting, and then there’s music. But just seeing how he’s able to handle and juggle all these things, I took that from him as my most major takeaway.”
Justin Combs

He’s the son of stylist and fashion designer Misa Hylton. Justin graduated from UCLA with a BA in sociology and appeared Power Book II: Ghost, and hosted the 2021 TV series, Respectfully Justin.
He was seen detained in his father’s house in Beverly Hills during the raid, but he was not arrested.

In April 2024, Christian was accused of sexual assault, sexual harassment and infliction of emotional distress. The lawsuit states that the rapper’s son sexually assaulted Grace O’Marcaigh in late December 2022 while she was working on a boat charter that had been “sold as a wholesome family excursion” but turned into a “hedonistic environment.”
